This day group runs in Sydney for 12 sessions once a month on Thursdays (10am-3pm).

Pre-requisite: Women Journeying

This monthly group is for those interested in keeping abreast of their ongoing personal and relationship needs, day to day challenges and a connection with their deeper nature in a stimulating, creative and supportive environment.

In the busy lives we lead it is common for many of us to leave these fundamental aspects of ourselves unattended. If acknowledged regularly we are freed up for a more spontaneous, passionate and authentic life.

In Journeying On we engage in deep process work and use psychodramatic method, inquiry process and Constellation work to explore issues relevant to our current life.
